Is a 3D visualisation made for every piece of furniture, or only if the customer asks?

For every piece of furniture ordered we send a millimetre-precise digital technical drawing. On request we also prepare a visualisation if the customer needs one.

How closely do the colour, proportions and handle in the visualisation match the finished furniture?

The visualisation shows how the furniture will look with the chosen dimensions, materials, colours and details. It helps refine ideas and agree on any necessary changes before production starts.

Is the visualisation fee included in the furniture price, or a separate item, and what happens if I don’t order production afterwards?

The visualisation fee is a separate item, but if production is ordered we credit it in full against the furniture price. If you don’t order production after the visualisation is made, the design fee is not refunded.

How many rounds of changes does the design have before you finalise it and it goes into production?

The quote includes preparing one design and two further modifications; after that we charge a separate fee for further changes. Of course, changes are still possible afterwards, because it matters to us that our customers get exactly what they dreamed of.
